Are notes personalized to my contacts?

When a note is sent the greeting will populate with data from the first name field of the contact information.

For example:

"Hello Mary," would be the greeting if "Mary" was in first name field.
"Hello,"  would be the greeting if the first name field was empty.
"Hello Mary Jones, " would be the greeting if you had included the first and last name in the first name field of contact database.
